A Country the Size of a Continent

Brazil is a country the size of a continent, and it delivers on the promise — Rio's beaches and Christ the Redeemer, the thundering falls of Iguacu, the wildlife of the Pantanal (the best on the continent), the Amazon, and a coastline of beaches that runs for thousands of miles. Add the rhythm and warmth of its people, and few places feel so alive.

At HighStreet Holidays we don't simply book Brazil — we shape a route across its scale: Rio and the falls, beach and wildlife, with the internal flights and timing handled.

With access to a carefully vetted portfolio, from Rio landmarks to Pantanal lodges and beach hideaways, we build a Brazil that captures its energy without the exhaustion of its distances.

Brazil's energy is the thing that stays with you — the beaches and the falls are spectacular, but it's the warmth and rhythm of the place you remember.

Best Time to Visit
When to Go
SUMMER
December to March
The southern summer — hot, lively and the classic season for Rio and the beaches, with Carnival in February or March. The busiest and priciest; book well ahead.
SHOULDER
April-May & September-November
Warm, drier and quieter — excellent all-rounders for Rio, the falls and the coast, with better value and fewer crowds.
WINTER
June to August
Mild and dry in the south-east — pleasant for Rio and ideal for the Pantanal, whose dry season concentrates wildlife around the water.
WILDLIFE SEASON
July to October
The Pantanal's dry season is the prime window for jaguars and wildlife, as animals gather at shrinking waterholes — the best wildlife viewing on the continent.
