The Fijian winter — cooler, drier and less humid, with sunny days and calm seas. The best and most popular time; book the leading resorts well ahead for the peak.
SHOULDER
May & October
Dry-season weather with fewer crowds and better value — arguably the sweet spot for a Fiji holiday.
WET SEASON
November to April
Hotter and more humid, with heavier rain and a chance of tropical cyclones, mostly in short bursts. Lush, quiet and cheaper, with plenty of sun between showers.
