The cool, sunny winter — warm days around 24-28C, low humidity and perfect beach weather. The ideal time to visit, and the busiest; festive and half-term weeks are the priciest.
SHOULDER
April & October
Hot but manageable, with warm seas and lower rates than peak. Good-value months at the edges of the comfortable season.
SUMMER (VERY HOT)
May to September
Fierce heat of 40C and above on the coast. Days centre on the pool and the sea, with the lowest hotel rates of the year — and the mountain offering a cooler escape.
