Cayo Espanto is a 4-acre private island around three miles off San Pedro, with just seven fully-staffed villas sleeping up to eighteen. Every villa sits beachfront or overwater with its own heated plunge pool, dock, alfresco shower and butler; Casa Ventanas waits at the end of a 150-foot dock with a ladder into the sea. Dining is all-inclusive and made-to-order by a private chef, served wherever you like — villa, beach, dock or overwater. The whole island can be taken for a wedding or retreat.
