About the Resort
A historic Old-Town-gate Dubrovnik city hotel
Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik

The Hilton Imperial is the historic Old-Town-gate Dubrovnik city hotel — the 1897 Grand Hotel Imperial, the city's first luxury hotel, restored on a hillside just outside the UNESCO walls, a three-minute walk from the Pile Gate. Among the Dubrovnik hotels it is the most year-round, and the only one set in the heart of the city itself. Around 147 rooms carry late-nineteenth-century period charm with modern styling, upper floors looking over the red roofs to the Adriatic, and an Executive Lounge sits over the city walls with an indoor pool and the Beauty Line Spa within. The Imperial Terrace dines Dalmatian and Mediterranean with terrace views, and the lobby bar looks across to Fort Lovrijenac. The location is the whole point: the Pile Gate, the city walls, Lovrijenac and Bokar forts and Sulic beach are at the door, the Stradun and the Old Town's churches and palaces a few minutes on, and the cable car up Mount Srd and boats to Lokrum and the Elaphiti islands are easily reached. It is the heritage city base — distinct from the seafront resorts on Lapad and the clifftop Rixos. Beyond the walls, the cable car climbs Mount Srd for the classic view over the roofs and the Adriatic, and Lokrum island, the Elaphitis and the Peljesac wine road are all easy days out.

Hotel More

Hotel More
Hotel More is the intimate boutique with the world-famous cave bar on Lapad — an independent, beachfront boutique of around 40 rooms on Lapad Bay, in Mediterranean pine and cypress. Its signature is the Cave Bar More, a natural limestone cave three levels deep beneath the hotel, lit by 300 lights and named one of the world's best bars, where cocktails meet Lapad Bay sunsets. Fine Dalmatian dining comes at Tramuntana with sea views, a seaside promenade leads to Uvala Lapad Beach a five-minute walk away, and the Old Town is ten minutes by road. Adults-focused and calm, this is the boutique pick of the Dubrovnik four — distinct from the big seafront resorts. Seasonal, with the Cave Bar open from spring to late autumn.

Croatia
President Hotel, Valamar Collection
The President is the seafront resort on the Babin Kuk peninsula — the Valamar Collection flagship, the greener and quieter Lapad option among the Dubrovnik four, cascading down the peninsula tip to its own beach. Around 280 rooms run modern and light, most with sea-view balconies and sunset terraces, and the President Relax beach and Coral Beach Club lie right below with diving and watersports. Indoor and outdoor pools and the Balance Mediterranean Spa keep the resort rhythm, the Lapad promenade is on the doorstep, and the Old Town is 15 to 20 minutes away. The beach-resort base on the quiet peninsula — distinct from the clifftop Rixos and the city-set Hilton Imperial.
Rixos Premium Dubrovnik
Croatia
Rixos Premium Dubrovnik
Rixos Premium Dubrovnik is the clifftop resort near the Old Town — the livelier, bigger of the Dubrovnik four, a modern 13-storey hotel on a rugged Gorica clifftop with sweeping Adriatic views and a 15- to 20-minute walk to the Old Town. Its 310 rooms cascade down the cliff with sea-view terraces, the dining runs from teppanyaki and a shoreline fish restaurant to Greek, and high season brings entertainment. A two-storey Anjana Spa adds a Turkish hammam and indoor pool, indoor and seasonal outdoor pools and a hotel beach handle the swimming, and the Merit Casino stands next door. A full-scale, family-friendly resort walkable to the walls — distinct from the quieter Babin Kuk President and the city-set Hilton Imperial.
