Raffles Seychelles

Raffles Seychelles is all-villa: every guest gets a private villa with its own plunge pool, a pavilion and a 24-hour Raffles butler, spread over a hillside above Praslin's north-east coast. The spa is among the largest in the Seychelles, with thirteen treatment pavilions, and the famous Anse Lazio beach and the UNESCO-listed Vallée de Mai — home of the coco de mer palm — are close by. The villas run from garden, ocean-view and panoramic pool villas, each around 125 m², to a one-bedroom villa with a separate living parlour, two-bedroom villas for families, and the most coveted of all, a two-bedroom beachfront villa. Dining spans six restaurants and lounges, from Mediterranean cooking by the sea at Losean to a rooftop terrace and beach dining. Of the six Seychelles resorts, it is the gentlest island-hop from Mahé — a short light-aircraft flight to Praslin — on one of the archipelago's most beautiful islands. On a bed-and-breakfast base, it suits couples and families who want their own villa and easy reach of the icons.
