Six Senses Zil Pasyon

Six Senses Zil Pasyon makes the most of Félicité's drama: villas and a spa built across and atop the island's giant granite boulders, on a private island near Praslin and La Digue, where the resort occupies about a third of the land. The spa runs five double treatment villas — Rock, Cave, Ocean, Nature and Floating — with an elevated saltwater pool, a yoga and meditation pavilion and a gym, and the Six Senses wellness and sustainability ethic shapes the whole stay. Each of the 30 pool villas has its own pool and a personal wine cellar, from the tucked-away Hideaway villas to oceanfront and signature villas on the rocks, two-bedroom villas for families and a four-bedroom residence with a glass-bottomed upper pool. Dining spans around six venues: all-day local flavours at the Island Café, seafood and grills at Ocean Kitchen, sunset drinks at Koko Bar and private dining with cellar pairings at the Chef's Kitchen and Wine Vault. It is a couples' favourite. On a bed-and-breakfast base, reached by helicopter from Mahé or a short flight to Praslin and a boat.
