Six restaurants and bars, their spaces by Afroditi Krassa, run from an all-day restaurant drawing on an on-site organic garden to a beach club and a signature bar overlooking Spinalonga, while the Asaya Spa — Rosewood's holistic wellness concept — adds a yoga pavilion, a movement studio and hydrotherapy. Three sea-view pools, a private beach and a fitness centre complete a seaside sanctuary.
