The Farm at San Benito

The Farm at San Benito is the Philippines' flagship wellness destination — an eco-luxury medical-wellness retreat, not a beach or city hotel, set in some 48 hectares of coconut-plantation forest and gardens with Malarayat mountain views, about 90 minutes south of Manila. It is sold on programmes and transformation, not nightly rates: personalised, doctor-led integrative-medical programmes targeting detox, weight, stress, sleep and health optimisation, built on five healing components — integrative medicine, spa and hydrotherapy, plant-based cuisine, mindful movement and a healing environment. Accommodation runs across rice-barn-style Sulu Terrace treehouses, garden suites and glass villas, some with private pools, in calm forest settings. The kitchens serve plant-based 'living food', mostly farm-grown, across restaurants from the vegan ALIVE! to the pescetarian PESCE. There are three pools, hydrotherapy, sound healing, yoga and traditional Filipino Hilot Haplos rituals. This is a structured, adult-leaning retreat with vegan cuisine — a standalone detox-and-transformation stay or a wellness leg of a Philippine trip.
